AI strategy leadership

What can AI do today and in future?

The business landscape is rapidly evolving from questioning “Should we implement AI?” to strategising “How swiftly can we integrate AI capabilities across our organisation?” Companies that adeptly navigate this transition—by establishing robust data infrastructures, fostering effective human-AI collaboration models, and addressing sustainability concerns—stand to not only enhance efficiency but also pioneer new business models that transcend traditional industry boundaries. Day 1 offers senior executives a comprehensive exploration into the transformative power of Generative AI. You will delve into real-world case studies showcasing AI’s impact across sectors such as healthcare, finance, and manufacturing. The programme will also examine the evolving technical landscape, highlighting advancements beyond predictive analytics into the realm of Generative AI
How to use AI in strategy

Unleash the power of AI in strategic planning! There are actually two sides to this. First, AI is changing your business environment and you will need a strategic response to this. We will equip you with the tools to do exactly this. Second, as a strategist you can also use AI. We will teach you how to unleash the power of LLM for ideation, selection, formulation, and implementation. Think of it as AI joining the leadership team – an experiment we actually ran for over a year with an organic sneaker company.
AI skills and organisational change

Practical AI Skills for managers

AI isn’t just a tech topic – it’s a leadership imperative. On Day 2, we focus on equipping senior leaders with the practical AI literacy needed to drive smarter, faster, and more informed decisions across the business. We’ll start by demystifying prompt engineering – a fundamental skill in interacting with AI systems. You will explore diverse practical applications to showcase AI’s transformative potential. Together, these will equip you with insights to identify opportunities in your organisation where AI can be transformative and lead to significant business value.

Organisational changes enabling AI wins

When electricity was first introduced, it was not the invention itself but the transformation of production systems around it that reshaped industries. The same principle applies to AI. To move beyond excitement and pilot projects, leaders must develop the capability to drive change—both within themselves and across their organisations.

We will focus on cultivating change leadership on two critical fronts:

Leading Personal Change:
AI adoption begins with leaders who are willing to rethink their own assumptions, mental models, and decision-making habits. You’ll learn how to cultivate curiosity, digital openness, and adaptive thinking—foundations for personal transformation in an AI-enabled environment.
Leading Organisational Change:
AI will only create lasting value if it is embedded into the heart of your organisation’s structures, workflows, and culture. You will explore practical frameworks for redesigning processes, building AI-literate teams, and fostering an innovation-ready culture that is agile enough to capitalise on AI capabilities.

AI for Organisational leaders

Over 82% of CEOs and senior leaders believe AI will have a significant to extreme impact on their organisations. From automating manual processes to creating personalised, high-impact content at scale, the possibilities of AI are limitless. However, without the right training, processes, and people, AI cannot reach its potential and can even pose a risk to your business.

This two-day AI for business course is designed to help leaders and directors understand, evaluate, and leverage the power of AI to boost productivity, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer engagement. You’ll explore the commercial opportunities, as well as the risks, ethical challenges, and governance considerations essential for responsible implementation.

Delivered through real-world case studies, practical insights, and expert-led discussions, the course will equip you with the tools and knowledge to lead confidently in an AI-driven world. With flexible start dates and the chance to connect with a dynamic network of senior peers and faculty, this AI course is an ideal opportunity to future-proof your leadership and drive sustainable innovation in your organisation.

AI Essentials

Module 1: Introduction to AI
Covers what AI is (and what it isn’t), along with how it works at a conceptual level. You’ll understand machine learning, large language models, and how tools like ChatGPT or Google Bard are trained.

Module 2: Maximize Productivity with AI Tools
This hands-on section shows how AI can automate routine tasks like writing emails, summarizing documents, or creating schedules. You’ll explore tools like Google Workspace, ChatGPT, and others in practical ways.

Module 3: Discover the Art of Prompt Engineering
Here, you’ll learn how to “talk” to AI. A good prompt is like a well-formed question—it determines the quality of the answer. This module teaches effective prompt writing for clearer, more relevant outputs.

Module 4: Use AI Responsibly
Google emphasizes ethics in AI—how to avoid bias, ensure data privacy, and understand the limitations of AI systems. This is critical, especially for business or decision-making contexts.

Module 5: Stay Ahead of the AI Curve
Learn how to keep up with AI as it evolves, and identify AI-powered opportunities in your career or business.
